Customers
The customer section shows valuable insights into the total number of customers gained from a specific period.
To access this section in Monetization, from the Menu, select Analytics, and click Customers.
The customer analytics section is divided into two subsections:
First subsection
The first subsection shows the number of newly activated customers. The information is based on the current month, a month ago, six months ago, and a year ago.
For example, assume the current month is April, and there a no new customers added. Last month in March, two customers were added. Six months ago, in October last year, no new customer was added.
Note:
The red or green arrow shows the percentage decrease or increase respectively in the number of newly activated customers at the moment against the same time a month ago, six months ago, and a year ago.Second subsection
The second subsection shows a bar chart representing the number of newly activated and deactivated customers from a specific period based on an interval, including the churn rate. You can filter by customer type or/and date-time.
